As a YC Gift Factory professional on pins, custom Challenge Coins, custom Pin Badges, medals, key chains, custom PVC Keychains, patches, wrist band, lanyards, pvc items etc.. Metal items etc usually finished in next process.

Part 1): making art work with customer's logo with free.

Part 2): Mold making, CNC finished from artwork. 2D mold finish in 2-3 hours, 3D mold finish in 3-5hours.

Part 3): Die Casting or Stamping product. 1000pcs finish in 3-5hours.

Part 4): Polished, make the product smooth.

Part 5): Plating, regular color: gold, matt gold, antique gold, silver, matt silver, antique gold, nickel, matt nickel, antique nickel, copper, antique copper, bronze etc.

Part 6): Coloring. Soft enamel or enamel finish. Eco-friendly paint.

Part 7):  Packing. Opp bag or poly bag. Case as requirment.
